Returns Eligibility

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (including tags, packaging, and invoice).

  • The product must not have been altered or damaged in any way.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items sent. Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless it is faulty.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry items

  • Items on sale or discounted

  • Gift cards or vouchers

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@jwelream.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to our mistake).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your package). We will resolve the issue by either replacing the item or offering a full refund, including shipping charges.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, the cancellation is not possible, and you will need to follow the return process.
