1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select cities)
    Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or local disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹999.

  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery, if selected.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted logistics services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your products.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the package is undelivered after the third attempt, it will be returned to us.

  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete. JWELREAM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the item and packaging.

  • In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.
